Soul Purpose

In this get up, I'm flaunting my two latest and greatest thrift find: A glitzy, "in -your-face" baseball cap and a loudly printed top. (That I failed to resist chopping it into a crop top, oops.)  By latest I really mean they're too late to be considered new since they've been chillin' in my closet for a year(ish.) Now, I'm gonna be real with you guys for a sec: I haven't been scoring any treasures while thrifting nowadays. Granted, I don't frequent thirft stores that much but on the occasions in which I do pop into one, nothing really speaks to me anymore. Maybe all the curtain-like floral maxi skirts and oversized grandma sweaters don't appeal to me like they used. Or maybe I'm too lazy to notice the outfit potential in those said floral skirts/g mom sweaters and alter them so they suit my fancy. I'm still holding out for those eye catching pieces that are easy on the wallet either way. For now though, I'm cool with my very 90's looking blessings from the thrift gods. (:
